I’ve been able to hold to the diet in the short period, however we’ll see
if my will can hold out until it becomes a habit. The hardest thing for me
was to get rid of all legumes. I eat lots of beans/nuts so this will be
the first thing to go when the metaphorical dam that is my will starts
For me, it was easier to find cruciferous veggies to eat than veggies with
vitamin A. I have a cafeteria at work, and they don’t always have orange
vegetables, so that was the part that I failed on the most.
