My Seborrheic Dermatitis Skin Regimen 2.0

Hi Michael

I’m currently a student studying in Singapore, a small country in South East Asia. I have dandruff at my scalp area, sides of my face, behind my ears and at the back of my neck, since about 5 years ago. I have never seen any doctors about it, but recently it has become so unbearable and worse that I’ve searched about it online and I’m suspecting that it might be SD.

I’m wondering though, if I should see a derm to confirm my diagnosis first, or invest in an anti-dandruff shampoo, or try out your BIOM8 formula. Being a student with no income, the BIOM8 formula costs abt $35USD in total to ship to my country, which is pretty costly for me so I really wish to use the savings I have to fix this daunting condition of mine. Hope you’ll be able to provide me with some advice, would really appreciate it!

I have had seborrheic dermatitis for about 15 years. Like most peoples’ experiences, dermatologists and other doctors provided ZERO help. I’ve tried everything under the sun to try and control the redness/itching/burning of the skin on my face. Until now, nothing has worked. It has left me feeling helpless at times.

I started using the Biom8 a little over a month ago. It is AMAZING!!! I haven’t had a single flare up or any redness at all!!! I use it 1-2 times per day and it works flawlessly!

It is such a relief to FINALLY find something that works! THANK YOU!!!

Hi! And thanks for the information. I have seborrheic dermatitis around my eyebrows and it is just not getting fixed. I wanted to try the Biom8, could you please let me know from where I can purchase this.
Thanks,
Simrit

suffering from SD for 1 year,at the age of 53 i am so worried…visit dermatologist, gave tar shampoo, lotion and oil but it is not healing…

Hi all, I had SD on my face but also athletes foot and fungal toenails. I was recently prescribed Terbinafine by the doctor. After 3 months it cleared my fungal toenails but also my SD. I think curing from the inside is ke. Thanks

I am 20 years old & over the last week have been diagnosed with seb derm.
What brand(s) shampoo, conditioner, facewash & moisturizer would you recommend the rest?
Just the best of each would be great so I can get them immediately.

Hi Michele,
I have the same symptoms from SD on my right eye (thinning/loss of lashes). I was wondering if you have found anything that helps yet?

I have the same issue with my eyebrows and I use wunderbrow. You can find it on Amazon for about $20 and it’ll last you about a month or so. You basically paint it onto your eyebrows (or on the skin where they should be)and it’ll last for a day or two.

I was just curious as to what soap amd moisturizer you use. Thank you!

Hi, I’m suffering from Seborrhic dermatitis. Would like to try the Biom8 skin conditioning oil. Is it available here in the Philippines? How can I avail the product?

I have looked for Biome on Amazon but cannot find it. Where do you suggest I buy it… I now have a crack that sometimes bleeds. I use T Gel for my scalp and sometimes rub it into my ear, but it doesn’t seem to help.

Thanks,
sophia

I’ve read all of Skindrone but one important question remains. Aside from the “treatments” and what to do to handle flair-ups, what do you recommend as a basic moisturizer that can be worn throughout the day? I’ve used Zenmed consistently (daily) for about 15 years and it’s great at stopping the itching, although it definitely isn’t a cure. About 2 months ago I discovered Tea Tree oil, a so-called “essential oil.” What do you think of these? I made a series of dilutions and am experimenting with it, mainly on my mustache area and eyebrows, but am still looking for other solutions.

What do you think of Tea Tree oil (diluted with almond oil) or jojoba oil?

Also, how often should I “wash” my face. It seems daily washing is excessive. Is splashing the face with water, or holding a warm washcloth to the face for a while, sufficient? As an adult I never “wash” my face, and, at 58, it seems to have held up pretty well - except for the facial dandruff that started about 15 years ago immediately after I bought a facial scrub that seemed to completely disrupt the equilibrium that had existed up until that point.

Hello,
thank you for sharing your research and results with us. I live in jamaica and it has been expensive as hell to treat this and it doesnt help for long.
i am interested in your product.
please advise how this would be possible

thanks

Hi,
I have been dealing with this condition for several years. With different levels of severity. Almost non existent to full on flares. I am in the midst of a full on flare right after a good year of not having to much trouble. Obviously anyone reading this knows the frustrating emotional roller coaster having this condition can be. Anyway, I have found this book to be a wonderful tool. I was curious if you could recommend a doctor in the NYC area? Traditional or holistic.

Hi Brandon! It’s the first time I am reading something from this blog, even though I have been searching a lot for my SD. I have it for around 8 years and I am only 26! Can you please let me know, how trustfully is this shampoo. I would appreciate an answer from you.

I have recently started suffering from this…it’s definitely put a damper on my self-esteem. I want to see if this regimen could help me. For the last three years I have been trying to fight my SD with Apple Cider Vinegar but the effects are not lasting. I will see if biom8 does the trick for me.

Thank you!

Hopefully I can find something to help me.

Well gluten and peanuts are allergens , so is dairy since we´re not meant to consume it other than from our moms when we´re babies and alcohol is basically intoxicating yourself anyway- though it´s very clever to make a correlation between food and skin problems … I have yet to figure out what causes my scalp to act up , stress could be a factor too and I haven´t been eating much different and it reoccured lately…How did you find out which foods caused it ? Did you like exclude each one individually from your diet to see how you react or…?

Need only the subscription.
Thanks

Consider trying Witch Hazel. It works wonders for me.
