Beating SD with Sleep

I have tried a myriad of approaches in battling my SD. Some, like cortisol creams, have worked really well and others, like Nizoral or Aloe Vera, not at all. The one thing that has absolutely controlled it, so there is not even a slight bit of redness, is sleep. Not the amount of sleep but WHEN I go to bed. Pushing past 10pm (non daylight saving time) sees the SD creeping back.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have seen almost everything but sleep mentioned as a possible cure.
