Well, I have been putting off my reflections post hoping I could become more coherent than I feel. And grateful that week 4 is for catching up. Briefly although I am following the objectives as best I can, particularly diet, but there has been too much going on in my life right now to be able to focus just on my own concerns and health. However, in spite of the stress I am under, my scalp SD is somewhat better so the objectives are definitely helping. My biggest challenge is establishing routines that will give me a feeling of accomplishment and a sense of calmness no matter what else is going on in my life. And that is my goal re week 4, getting it all together. Thank you so much Michael!
